The new mission statement for this session is to develop “Leader one child at a time”. We want a clear message sent to each child that his / her worth exceedes. anything that is ever placed on any grade, report or any score on a list. We want to ensure that no student of ours. would ever feel helpness or desperate to consider being a part of any situtions or action. There are the reasons, the purposes and the account behind how and why ‘leadership’ was chosen as the school’s’ new magnet theme. I believe that as a whole today’s young people represent the brightest and most tallented generation. ever to walk the planet earth. They have more adoptability, knowledge, Ingenuity and reasons to access them any prior generation. Inorder to further strengthen the spelt statement the scope of house competitions and other activities are widened. And given an extra inputs, Test book reading of the subject and development of analytical skills will be given more importance in day – to – day transancting the syllabus. It is a huge task to translate all these ideas into a reality. However it is possible only with the cooperation of the parents. Finally let me rather appeal to you all, teachers and parents to allow the child to Experience the real joy of learning.

Our world is changing, and in order to prepare our children for this new world we need to create a curriculum that will help students connect with the world and understand the issues that our world faces. The curriculum should be to cultivate and maintain the student's interest in the material by showing how this knowledge applies in the real world. It must also give some scope to increase the student's curiosity, which will help them become lifelong learners.

At Mahita E.M. High Schools Vijayawada we take all care to see that the students will be an integral member of an ever changing technologically advanced society. So apart from teaching them concepts we teach them many skills like collaborative skills, communication skills, critical thinking skills, mathematical skills, ability to use technology, address global issues etc which the children will need in order to be successful in the present day world.

Here we also identify the latent potentials of the children and ensure that developing their potentials takes place in a stress-free ambience so that we can bring out the best in our students. This ability to foster a love for learning in an appropriate environment is the true role of the present century education system and I am sure Mahita E.M. High Schools Vijayawada will scale new heights with the collaboration of all the parents, teachers, students and management in the years to come.
